Specialist Alignment and
Machinery Surveying Equipment
Complete optical alignment and surveying to within
0.051mm of machinery such as pumps, rolling mills,
gearboxes, structures, extruders, electrical motors,
mechanical equipment, and large diameter fans.
Laser alignment of couplings to within 0.025mm,
using the
Pruftechnik Rotalign Pro. Written reports
are provided for all alignments carried out,
including technical drawings and photographs where
applicable.
Onsite Machining
Two
onsite Milling Machines with maximum dimensions of
1500mm in both 'x' and 'y' directions and one smaller
onsite Milling Machine with maximum dimensions of 1800mm
in 'x' direction and 700mm in 'y' direction. Our trained
personnel have extensive experience using these Milling
Machines on Plant and Equipment such as Machine Beds and
Mill Housings during critical plant outages.
Quality
Control
and Inspection
Services
Welding and NDT inspection carried out by qualified
personnel, as an integral component of JBA projects,
or on hire for specific inspections. Non Destructive
Testing services provided in-house, or coordinated with
specialist service providers as required, with relevant
documentation included as part of the JBA report package
complied upon completion of each major project.
