We maintain a permanent workforce exceeding 130, and
have the ability to mobilise a site workforce of up
to 200 people supported by on-site computer
generated scheduling and financial controlling
systems.
Our people represent our most important resource.
Through a commitment to increasing the skill base of
our team members, we enhance not only the quality
and efficiency of workmanship, but the capacity of
team members to derive meaningful satisfaction from
their work.
Our client base exposes us to a wide range of
industries, offering our people variety of work and
the opportunity to apply skills and knowledge gained
in one industry to achieve improved efficiencies in
another. This facilitates a culture of continuous
improvement and innovation, which requires an
ongoing investment in training.
Training and the continuous enhancement of our skills is
seen by the company as an investment in our future. This
investment in skills training forms a fundamental
component of our Enterprise Agreement with our employees
and demonstrates the JBA commitment to quality, our
people and the ability to service the needs of our
clients.
We are a registered Tafe Training Provider and offer
our people access to a wide range of training. This
broadens skill bases and creates flexibility in the
workplace, to create greater opportunities for our
team members.
