Environment
We consider that we have a duty of care to protect
and improve our environment, and this approach is
reflected in our workplace culture. Through our
induction process, Team Communication Program, Safe Work
Procedures incorporating Environmental Performance and
Quality Assurance, we believe we have adequate means for
proper and safe management of environmental processes,
wherever our workplace is located and at all times.
The
objectives of the JBA Environmental Performance Policy
are;

To prevent personal and Company losses or damages to
the environment from the occurrence of preventable
environmental incidents

To provide and maintain systems of work that are
safe and without risk to environmental health

To provide training and information to employees to
ensure they understand how to work safely and
maintain a safe, healthy working environment

To ensure that JBA workplaces comply with
Environmental Protection Legislation

To encourage and involve all of our employees and to
work with our clients in creating the best possible
environmental practice.
