JBA offer design and design verification with
complete specifications and calculations, of
equipment such as Pressure Vessels, Lifting Devices,
Monorails, Structural Steelwork, Pipework,
Specialised Machines and maintenance support.
Detail Design and 3D Autodesk
Modelling
The
Engineering Department utilises Autodesk Inventor to
develop detailed 3D designs and conceptual models.
Detail design and workshop fabrication drawings are
then developed from the 3D models.
The Design Department expertise covers a wide range
of services including conceptual design for
feasibility studies, prototype designs, detail
design for manufacture of equipment such as Pressure
Vessels, Lifting Devices, Structural Steelwork,
Tooling, Storage Tanks, Monorails, Conveyors,
Pipework and special purpose machinery.
Design Assessments and In-situ
Maintenance Repairs
Detail design and drafting of in-situ repairs and
equipment maintenance such as vessel repairs,
conveyor modifications and design improvements,
machinery improvements and re-design, structural
design and flow analysis of high pressure pipework.
Project Estimating and Quantity
Surveying
JBA can supply an experienced team of estimators and
quantity surveyors to evaluate and estimate total
turn-key projects through to major plant
refurbishment and plant shutdowns.
